1. Term of Coverage:
The term of the warranty coverage will vary depending on the equipment
purchased; consult the receipt and warranty statement (from the manufacturer)
that has been provided with the product you received.
2. Service: IT
Blocks does not currently repair any product sold from
www.itblocks.com or affiliated websites. Repair service will be provided
either directly by the manufacturer of the product or by a manufacturer
designated 3rd party. Contact information for that manufacturer can
be found within the literature accompanying every product purchased.
Transportation of equipment to and from the manufacturer for repair is the
responsibility of the owner and not reimbursable by IT Blocks.
3. Assignment:
Please consult your equipment's original warranty statement to determine if it
is transferable to another party in the event you sell your product(s).
Returns
1.RMA Policy:
In the event that product received does not work properly or is Dead On Arrival
(DOA), a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form must be completed at
www.itblocks.com. Please take care to immediately test the equipment you
have purchased as it is IT Blocks policy to not accept RMAs from purchases
more than 10 days from the day the product ships).
2.Returns:
MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED TO IT BLOCKS WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT
UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1)A Return Material Authorization
(“RMA”) number is first obtained. This can be done by filling out the RMA form
located on the
www.itblocks.com website under the Support menu.
2)All returned merchandise must be
packaged in the original manufactures’ box and include all manuals, cables,
warranty cards, static bags, etc. just as received.
3)Returned items must be unused,
clean and free of damage.
4)Purchaser shall be responsible
for any freight charges incurred in returning merchandise to IT Blocks. A
minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged for any item returned. ALL
MERCHANDISE IS NON-RETURNABLE AFTER 10 DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT.
