Standard Freight Policy
Parcel Orders: Parcel orders are typically less than 250
lbs. and include most stock and SMB products
Ground shipments are normally
delivered within 2 business days
Overnight shipments billed at full charge
LTL (Less Than Truckload): LTL orders are typically more
than 250 lbs. or have dimensions that require truck shipment and include most
system/configured orders
Ground shipments are normally
delivered within 3 to 5 business days
Premium service (either overnight or 2-day delivery)
billed at the full freight charge
